Didasko Learning Resources are the proud recipients of the TAFE & vocational education teaching and learning—digital-only award at the 2019 Educational Publishing Awards Australia (EPAA) for the unit SITHPAT008 – Produce chocolate confectionery.
Our cut-no-corners approach when building this content resulted in a video production process encompassing many hours of industry consultation, filming, editing and reviewing. This means that students using our content have the best opportunity to develop the necessary skills for their future career in patisserie.
As with all our content, it was researched and developed in consultation with industry experts and current TAFE teachers. The end result is a purposefully written and produced learning resource that directly meets the needs of today’s learners and prepares them with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a commercial pastry kitchen.
