Didasko Learning Resources: Certificate IV in Business
A small business owner who takes on many roles within their own organisation will benefit from this certification. A Certificate IV in Business enables entrepreneurs to operate independently and have a broad range of technical, operational, and managerial skills and knowledge to provide leadership, strategic planning, and vision for their enterprise.At this level, your students will develop skills in human resource management, marketing and market research, financial management, work health and safety (WHS), customer service, and communication. They will learn how to apply these skills to establish systems and processes in a business that support sustainable success. This certificate is recognised by all Australian states and territories.
Requirements for BSB40120 – Certificate IV in Business
- 6 core units
- 6 elective units, of which:
- 2 elective units must be selected from Group A
- for the remaining 4 elective units:
- up to 4 units may be selected from Groups A – J
- if not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from a Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.
