Credit Validity
All credits are valid for 12 months. Any unused credit after this period will be voided.
Didasko Online Credit Offer Terms:
Eligible RTOW Products: Only qualifications/units from the RTOW catalogue that match the specific training package will qualify for credits.
Credit Caps: No maximum limit will be applied to the credits earned under this offer.
Credit Usage Restrictions: Credits earned through RTOW purchases must be applied to Didasko products within the same training package and can only be used towards student unit enrolments. Credits cannot be applied to LMS setup fees or annual LMS subscription fees.
Existing RTOW Clients: Credits are available to clients already using both RTOW and Didasko for specific training packages that have not yet been accessed on Didasko.
Setup Fee: The Didasko setup fee is non-refundable and cannot be credited. If a client has already paid the setup fee but later chooses to switch to paper-based resources, no refunds or credits will be provided.
