Getting started with Didasko Online is simple. Contact our customer service team at 1300 554 100 or via email at customerservice@didasko-online.com to begin setting up your Didasko Online LMS. We’ll need some administrative details and your company logo to get started. Your LMS will typically be ready within 3-5 working days.
Yes, Didasko Online allows you to customise the platform with your company’s logo, which will be prominently displayed in the top left-hand corner of your site. Additionally, we can add images of your campus, students, or business to the login screen. We’ll handle this as part of the initial setup process.
To set up your Didasko Online LMS, we’ll need your organisation’s details, such as the trading name, address, contact information, and the name of the designated site administrator. This administrator will manage invoicing and oversee the student and trainer enrolments into the units you’ll be using.
After your LMS is set up, we’ll arrange a training session with you. Once the training is complete, we’ll email the authorised site administrator your unique Didasko Online URL along with login credentials. The administrator can then enrol trainers and learners, who will receive their login details via email.
Yes. As part of our setup process, we offer a comprehensive webinar induction to guide you through the platform’s navigation and best practices. You’ll also find clear instructional videos within Didasko Online, and our technical support team is available during Australian business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday) to assist with any additional questions.
Didasko Online features an inbuilt enrolment form, allowing the site administrator to enrol trainers and learners into specific class groups. This triggers a welcome email with login details. For large groups, a bulk enrolment feature is available, which we’ll cover in your induction training.
No installation is required. Didasko Online is completely web-based—all you need is an internet connection.
It typically takes 3-5 working days to establish your Didasko Online eLearning site once we have received the necessary information.
No, there is no minimum. You can enrol as few as one learner or thousands.
Learners will have access to Didasko Online for as long as your LMS remains live. You can choose to suspend or archive individual learner accounts. Additionally, you have the option to enrol your learners in the Didasko alumni site, where they can access our digital content throughout their careers.
Yes, trainers can monitor and track learners’ progress within the Didasko Online eLearning site. We’ll cover how to do this during your induction training.
Yes, you can upload supplementary materials such as PDFs, Word documents, website links, and video clips to enhance your training delivery. You can even create your own quizzes. These options will be explained in your induction session.
Yes, trainer support tools are available within Didasko Online at no additional cost. These tools are stored in a restricted trainer-only folder and may include support documents and compliance mapping documents.
No, trainer access is free of charge. Costs are only incurred when a learner is enrolled in a unit.
