It was user friendly and easy to understand The actual information provided in the training was presented in a fun way to learn, but at the same time, it gave a very good understanding of all the relevant aspects of gluten-free issues within the hospitality industry. Just like ‘Food Safety Training’ and ‘Responsible Serving of Alcohol’, I do believe that this gluten-free online training should be a mandatory requirement for all hospitality workers.
