Course Details

The new units have been developed to meet the industry’s changing needs, focusing on emerging trends and technologies, customer service and management skills. The course will cover food and beverage service, financial management, human resources, marketing and business operations, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry.

What to Expect from This Course

This program is designed to equip your students with the necessary skills to succeed as senior operators in the hospitality industry, combining their hospitality expertise with sound managerial skills.

Once students complete this program, they can work across a wide range of hospitality industry sectors, including hotels, motels, restaurants, cafes, clubs and more. Moreover, they can take on departmental or small business management roles, making operational business decisions and leading teams.

This qualification is also flexible, allowing students to acquire targeted skills in areas such as accommodation services, cookery, food and beverage and the like.
